Privacy policy

This policy explains what Skyseed Tech LLC (“Skyseed”, “we”, “us”) does with personal data. It covers this website, skyseedllc.com, and the social media accounts we operate for our own brands. Our online stores — TidyCabinet, PetStarShip and PatioFinds — run on third-party e-commerce platforms and each publishes its own store privacy policy covering orders and payments.

What this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms, no shopping cart, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own.

Two things still happen automatically when you visit:

• Our web server and our content delivery provider, Cloudflare, record standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, referring page and browser user agent. These logs are used to serve the site, keep it available and block abuse, and are kept for a short period before being discarded.
• Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address as part of it. We do not send Google any other information about you.

Social media accounts and our Postiz tool

We publish to social media accounts that belong to Skyseed Tech LLC and its brands. To do this we run our own private installation of Postiz, an open-source social media scheduling tool, on our own server at social.skyseedllc.com. It is used only by us, for our own accounts. It is not a product, not a service offered to anyone else, and it has no public sign-up.

When we connect one of our accounts to this tool, the platform — for example LinkedIn, TikTok or Meta — issues us an access token after we authorize it as the account owner. With that token we:

• publish and schedule posts to our own accounts;
• read back the performance of those posts, such as views, likes and comments, so we can see what worked.

We do not use these tokens to access anyone else's account or private data. We do not sell, rent or share platform data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or building audience lists. Access tokens and the post history are stored on our own server with access limited to the company owner. When we disconnect an account, or if you revoke our app's access from the platform's own settings, the associated token is deleted.

If you comment on or message one of our social accounts, that interaction is held by the platform under the platform's own privacy policy. We see it the same way any account owner does, and we use it only to reply to you.

Business contacts

If you email us, we keep your message and address so that we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. Supplier and partner contact details are kept for as long as the business relationship is active. We do not add anyone to a marketing list from these messages.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the company — our web host and Cloudflare for delivering this site, Google Workspace for email, and the e-commerce and social platforms we operate on — and only to the extent each needs to do its job. We will also disclose data where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children

Our stores and this site are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We operate from the United States, and data we hold is stored and processed there. If you visit us from elsewhere, you are sending your data to the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described in this section.
