All services provided on this website are owned and operated by SKYSEED TECH LLC.

These terms apply to skyseedllc.com, our company website, and, in the section Purchases of our products on the web, to anything you buy on the website of one of our products. By using the site or buying you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy.

Our products and their sites

SKYSEED TECH LLC owns and operates the products below and any other product listed at skyseedllc.com. Each product has its own website with its own terms of use and privacy policy for the tools on that site; those pages stay authoritative for the tools. This page adds the common rules for paying us.

Not every product sells something on the web yet; the rules below apply to a product from the moment it offers a web purchase. If a product site’s own terms contradict this section about a payment, the product site’s wording for that product applies, unless it gives you fewer rights than this section.

Purchases of our products on the web

These rules apply to Pro plans and other paid options bought on a product website (not in an app; see below). You must be 16 or older to buy.

• Who sells it: payments are processed by Stripe through Link (Stripe Managed Payments). Link is the seller of record (“sold through Link”): it charges the payment, calculates and collects any VAT or sales tax, sends the receipt and invoice, handles payment disputes, and its own terms of sale apply to the payment. The product itself is provided by SKYSEED TECH LLC. We never see your card details.
• Prices: the price you pay is the one shown on the payment page, in the currency shown. Prices in US dollars exclude sales tax; prices in euro are shown with VAT included. Other currencies are converted at checkout.
• Free trial: where a plan starts with a free trial (for example 7 days), there is one trial per person. If you cancel before the trial ends nothing is charged; otherwise the first period is charged when the trial ends.
• Renewal and cancelling: a subscription renews automatically every period (for yearly plans, every year) at the price then in force until you cancel. We e-mail a reminder before a renewal where the law or good practice calls for it, and Stripe/Link may send its own notices. You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks and without giving a reason, on the plan page of the product site (it opens the Stripe customer portal) or through Link. After cancelling, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and no further payment is taken.
• Lifetime plans: one payment, no renewal. Lifetime means for as long as that product offers the paid option.
• Starting right away and your right of withdrawal: if you live in the EU, the UK or another country with a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, you ask at checkout for the paid option to start immediately and acknowledge that this right ends once it is unlocked, where the law allows it.
• Refunds: independently of that, if a web purchase does not work for you, write to support@skyseedllc.com within 14 days of a payment (the first payment or a renewal) and we refund that payment in full. Link may also refund payments under its own rules. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the paid access it bought. The 14 days run from the payment date.
• Licence keys and devices: the paid option on a product website is unlocked with a personal licence key (no account or password is needed). One purchase unlocks it in up to 5 browsers at a time; unlocking a sixth browser signs out the oldest one. You can restore access on another browser with your key or, where offered, a login link sent to the e-mail address you paid with, and you can make a new key on the plan page. Do not share or resell your key; we may end access that is clearly shared or resold. Paid options run in your browser like the free tools; unless a product says otherwise, your files stay on your device.
• If we change a paid feature: if we change or remove a paid feature so that the paid option becomes clearly less useful, you may ask for a refund of the unused part of your current period (or, for lifetime, of a fair share).
• Your consumer rights: nothing in this section limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

Purchases in our apps

Our apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Purchases and subscriptions made inside an app are charged and managed by Apple or Google under their terms, including renewal, cancellation and refunds; on Apple devices the Apple standard licence agreement (EULA) applies together with the product’s terms. Cancel or manage them in your App Store or Google Play account. The web-purchase rules above do not apply to app-store purchases, and we cannot refund them ourselves.

Our products have their own terms

Each of our web tools and apps has its own terms of use and privacy policy, published on that product’s website or in the app. Those documents, together with the terms of the App Store or Google Play where an app is bought, govern your use of that product. Outside the purchase rules above, these terms cover only this company website.

Use of this website

You may read, link to and share pages of this website. You may not copy, mirror or repackage its content or design as your own, use automated tools to copy it in bulk or to overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and logos on this website are © SKYSEED TECH LLC. “Skyseed Tech” and our product names and logos may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement without our written permission. Names of other companies and products belong to their owners.

No warranty

The website is provided “as is”, for general information about our company and products. It does not give professional, legal, tax or financial advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, SKYSEED TECH LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
