This policy covers skyseedllc.com, our company website, and, in the section Purchases and Pro licences, the data we keep when you buy a paid option on one of our product websites. The short version for this website: no accounts, no forms, no advertising, no analytics and no cookies set by us.
This website
skyseedllc.com is a set of static pages. It does not ask for your name or email, does not set cookies, and does not load advertising, analytics or tracking scripts.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data for each request, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type, to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not use this data to build profiles of visitors.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message and use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not share your message, except with service providers needed to run our email, or where the law requires it.
Our products and their sites
This policy applies together with the privacy policy of each product website, which stays authoritative for the tools on that site (what they process, advertising or cookies on that site, waitlists). Products: DiagramSmith, EInvoice Private, StatementPrivate, CleanPricer, RunPacePlan, D20 Desk, Stargaze Camp, DiemWise, FlagPlayLab, and any other SKYSEED TECH LLC product listed at skyseedllc.com. Many of our tools process your files and inputs in your browser or on your device and do not upload them.
Purchases and Pro licences
This section applies when you buy a paid option (such as Pro) on a product website. The data controller is SKYSEED TECH LLC; contact support@skyseedllc.com.
- Payment: Stripe, through Link, is the seller of record. It collects your name, e-mail address, billing address and payment details on its own payment page and handles them under the Link privacy policy and the Stripe privacy policy. Stripe/Link also work out and collect VAT or sales tax and send the receipt. We never see or store card numbers.
- What we keep (in a database on Cloudflare): your e-mail address; the product, the plan, its status and dates; the Stripe reference numbers of your customer record, subscription or payment; a scrambled (hashed) copy of your licence key and its last 4 characters; for each browser where you unlocked the paid option, a random id, a hashed token and when it was unlocked and last checked (up to 5 browsers per purchase); what you confirmed before paying (that you are 16 or older, the version of the terms, that the paid option may start right away) with the time; one-time login links (hashed, valid 30 minutes); and short-lived counters against abuse that use a hash, not your IP address. We do not store your name, address or card details.
- In your browser: a token and the last status of your Pro are kept in local storage so it works offline; no cookie is set for this. Signing out of Pro on the plan page removes it.
- E-mails: we send your licence key after a purchase and login links you ask for, from support@ the product’s domain. Receipts, invoices and renewal notices come from Link/Stripe.
- Why we use it: to give you the paid option and let you manage it (performance of a contract), to keep records that tax and accounting law requires (legal obligation), and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- How long: while your paid option is active and for up to 3 years after it ends, then we delete it; you can ask us to delete it sooner, except what tax or accounting law requires us to keep. Write from the address you paid with.
- No advertising or tracking on purchase data: we do not sell it, use it for advertising or share it, except with Stripe/Link, our hosting and e-mail provider (Cloudflare) and where the law requires. We use no analytics or advertising trackers on the purchase and plan pages. Advertising and visit statistics, where a product site uses them for its free tools, are described in that product’s privacy policy.
- Payments in apps: purchases inside our apps are processed by Apple or Google under their privacy policies; we receive no payment details and no name or e-mail address, only whether the purchase is active.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data about you, or to object to its processing. Because this website collects almost nothing, the data we hold about you is usually limited to emails you have sent us and, if you bought a paid option, the purchase data described above. EU/UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority. Write to support@skyseedllc.com and we will answer. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date below the title shows the latest change.
